Our colleagues from the Export Sales Department took part in big international events in India and Cuba.
There was the 39th International Havana Fair FIHAV-2023 in the capital of Liberty Island at the beginning of November, from 06/11/2023 to 11/11/2023. Several consumer companies use CHETRA bulldozers in Cuba. Eugene Romanov, Deputy Head of the Spare Parts Export Sales Department, took part in the round table "Cooperation in leading industries" as part of the international exposition, as well as had several B2B meetings. In particular, the supply of heavy duty CHETRA machines for work in a nickel mining quarry was discussed.
During the same days in Calcutta (India), our colleague Irina Egorova, the Director of Export Sales to the countries of Latin America and South-East Asia, together with the partner SRB INTERNATIONAL LIMITED represented the CHETRA company at the exhibition "International Mining, Equipment, Minerals & Metals Exhibition" (IME), dedicated to the mining and metallurgical industry. IME is a prestigious business event that takes place in India once every two years. Within the exhibition, there was the Asian Mining Congress, as well as seminars, presentations and round tables. The event attracted participating companies from more than 25 countries. India is one of the priority areas for CHETRA in Southeast Asia. Now there are about 300 units of CHETRA tracked machines working there. These are mainly pipe-layers with a lifting capacity of 40, 70 and 100 tons operating at the sites of both public and private companies.
